Hi girls! I am here today with another interesting topic. If you wish to reduce weight in a healthy way you should exercise regularly. Exercise is the important rule for weight loss. Doing exercise regularly will improve our health condition. If you are suffering from joint pains, stress, depression and heart diseases you should exercise regularly. It will also reduce your cholesterol level and keep your body in shape. But many of us (including me) doesn’t do exercise whole heartedly. When we start workout we won’t enjoy it. Perhaps we want to stop and take rest. So I am here with few best exercises which you will enjoy throughout the workout session.  Choose the best workout for you and sweat with smile.


Walking Best exercises

If you decide doing exercise after consulting with your doctor and if you are doing exercise for the first time start your day with a brisk walk it will loose and stretch your muscles. There is no age for this exercise. Many of us like to walk on streets while seeing the sunrise or sunset. We can enjoy the beauty of nature as well as we can burn the calories. If you want to burn more calories I suggest you to walk uphill, take stairs instead of elevator and walk to your nearest grocery shop instead of talking a vehicle. It will help you to sweat more. This is the one of the best exercises you will only need a pair of shoes and a water bottle. While walking you will receive your vitamin D dosage as well as walking reduces your stress level and improves the overall health.

It is one of the best exercise to maintain your cardiovascular health. If you are walking regularly I suggest you to run for 5 min in between your walking session. Yoga will relax your mind and body and it will beat up the stress level. Breathing in and out while doing yoga will help you to improve your lungs health.  It also increase your concentration level. Dance Workout:

 This is the one of the best exercises which I prefer. If you are someone who love to dance try dance workouts. Trust me guys, you will never feel boring. It keeps your body in shape as well as it improves your muscle strength and flexibility. It will burn the extra calories. If you do this work out every day you will sweat with happiness. I have listed few dance workouts below.

As for me I love fitness Marshall dance workouts. But they are definitely not for beginners. If you want to try them then you are a great women filled up with confidence.

I think I did a better job of providing the information and now it’s up to you to select the best exercise which you enjoy. Rather than doing exercise which burn more calories go for your favorite workout which you will enjoy throughout the session. If you do the exercise which is fun you won’t get tired even you do it for 2 hours because it’s fun you are enjoying it.
